The rooms have modern design and are in decorated in different colours, the owners like you to feel as if you are staying in a real villa. There is a good restaurant which offers sea views and al-fresco dinning on the terrace.
We would highly recommend this hotel which is in a quiet area of Zadar and has swimming and a beach directly outside the hotel. The bus for the centre also stops right outside and takes about 10 minutes only.
