The nearest café and bakery is only 15m away and the town beach approx. 600m. The property is set just off the main road that runs through the centre of Parga, up a slight incline.

 

The studios are modern, bright and airy and all situated on the ground floor (the owners live above). Each studio has a kitchenette with a two ring cooking hob, fridge and coffee making facilities. There are twin beds, hairdryer, and modern shower room with WC, hand wash basin and shower. Each studio has its own balcony. Air conditioning & safety deposit boxes are available and payable locally.
