The Villa Serene is located on the outskirts of Parga approximately 1.2km from the town centre. The property is set off the main road on a hillside with views of the surrounding countryside. Serene is a peaceful spot situated in its own landscaped gardens, with swimming pool and private parking.
The apartment is light and airy with a private terrace overlooking the gardens (not the pool). There is an open plan kitchenette/lounge area. The lounge has a double sofa bed which is suitable for two small children or one adult. The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, coffee making facilities and small hob and oven suitable for light snacks. The private bathroom has WC and shower and the separate bedroom has a double bed. The property has satellite TV, air conditioning and safety deposit box (payable locally).
NB: as this property is on the edge of Parga we would recommend car hire for at least some of your holiday.
