This property is located approximately 3kms from Parga town on the road leading down to the beautiful Lichnos Beach. The accommodation offers a quiet location for a relaxing holiday. The property was refurbished in 2005 and now offers modern and tastefully furnished accommodation with large balconies affording views of the surrounding hill, olive trees and Lichnos bay. There is a large outdoor pool and children’s splash pool with terrace area and pool bar offering snack and drinks. For guests staying on the top floor there is a glass elevator for their convenience (or steps if preferred). There are a number of bars and restaurants on Lichnos Beach (approximately 500m downhill) & the accommodation runs a shuttle bus to and from Parga several times a day.
The studios are tastefully furnished and sleep two or three persons. Each studio has a fully equipped modern kitchenette with fridge, coffee making facilities, small cooking hob and mini oven. There is a modern shower room with WC, hand wash basin & shower. Each studio has TV, hairdryer, air-conditioning, safety deposit boxes and balcony.
The two bedroom apartments are on the second floor and have a connecting door between bedrooms. All the apartments have the same facilities as the studios but with a separate kitchenette. Apartments have large balconies with sea and swimming pool views.
