Reservations - All our holidays are tailor-made so please feel free to request any combination of hotels, riads or tours for your own holiday. The minimum reservation for our accommodation only service is 3 nights in total, although not necessarily at same property. Simply contact us by phone or email or complete one of our enquiry forms. Security - Rediscover the World is a member of the TTA (T6816), we also hold our own ATOL bond (T7172). We therefore provide full financial security and assistance should any part of your holiday not happen entirely to plan. If you were to assemble your holiday yourself you may not have this sort of protection.

Accommodation: The hotel offers 72 rooms that have been designed with natural materials, warm colours, and walls covered with “tadalaket” a typical Moroccan lime plaster coating.  Without a doubt, it is an oasis of comfort in the middle of the desert.

Standard Rooms
All rooms have a complete bathroom, a double bed or 2 individual beds, air-conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet connection and a mini-bar.

Junior Suite
The suites are more spacious than the standard rooms.  All of them have a King-Size bed, complete bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet connection and a mini-bar.

Royal Suite

Facilities: Kasbah Hotel Tomboctou offers a spacious air-conditioned dining room with capacity for 200 diners where Moroccan and international gastronomical meals are offered. Sauna, massage rooms, beauty treatments among other services are offered at the spa & hammam. There is also a shop where you will find a wide range of crafts and hand-made Moroccan products including old silver, necklaces, antiques, corals and fossils from the region.

The Kasbah Tomboctou has a big infrastructure capable of organizing any kind of bivouac; they can offer accommodation in the middle of the dunes as a complement or alternative to accommodation at the hotel and 4WD excursions to discover the area.  Each car comes with a guide-chauffeur who is an expert with the surroundings.  You can discover the breathtaking landscape of the “Black Hamada” or meet nomadic people. 

NB: If driving yourself then be prepared for taking the last few kms quite slowly on piste type roads.
