The nicely designed "L" shaped living room incorporates a well equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining area.  French doors lead onto covered terraces offering both mountain and and sea views.  Just outside, conveniently located close to the kitchen is a built-in barbecue for relaxed meals at the villa around the pool area.  In the summer months there is a choice of paddle fans or air-conditioning providing welcome relief from the heat of the day.  An attractive fireplace dominates the room, and is perfect for early and late seaon when the evenings can be cooler. The villa also has satellite TV. With en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and a separate guest WC, every possible comfort has been thought of.  It should be noted that the property is reached by a fairly steep road and there is space for parking.
