The Hotel Croatia is located in the town of Hvar on the "island", just ten minutes walk from the old centre and the harbour. It is situated by the sea in a beautiful garden of pine trees in one of the most beautiful locations on Hvar, Majerovica bay. It was originally built in 1936 and then reconstructed in the late 1990s. The Hotel Croatia is a family-run hotel.

Accommodation: There are 22 double rooms with the possibility of adding the third bed, most of which are overlooking the sea. There are also 6 family rooms (Family rooms contain 1 double and 1 twin in separate rooms with one bathroom). Central heating is in all rooms, so the hotel can be opened throughout the year. All rooms are equipped with bathroom/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite, TV, heating, air conditioning.

Facilities: On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. On the small terrace with the view over to the Pakleni islands, drinks and meals are served 'a la carte'. Orders of various excellent meat and fish dishes can be made 'a la carte' all day, with premium Dalmatian and other wines. For the guests on half-board there is breakfast-buffet, salad-buffet and 4 menus for dinner. All food is controlled origin, from local producers.
