The Villa Pattiera is a recently refurbished town villa property. A four star family run boutique hotel located at the end of Cavtat promenade in the heart of the old town. Courteous hotel staff are at your service to help guide you through breathtaking scenery of the old town of Cavtat, endless choices of activities in the town and its vicinity, or one of the magnificent beaches.
Villa Pattiera has a total of 12 rooms, all luxuriously equipped and decorated in a simple yet very dtylish way. Rooms are of a high standard and include ensuite bathrooms, satellite TV, a/c.
Deluxe rooms: Tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, air conditioning, SAT TV, mini bar and direct access telephone line. These rooms are the biggest and can accommodate up to three people. All deluxe rooms are promenade facing with large terraces.
Superior rooms: Tastefully equipped with same facilites as deluxe rooms, all superior rooms are promenade facing with smaller or shared balconies/terraces.
Standard rooms: Equipped as deluxe and superior these rooms are a little smaller in size, with own/shared terraces.
The ground floor of the hotel is the exquisite Restaurant “Dalmacija” famous for its traditional Dalmatian and Mediterranean delicacies & specialty dishes.
