About Hotel Borjs des Cascades

The Borj des Cascades is located in the heart of the mountains, just two hours from Marrakech; a stay here provides both luxury and a dive into nature - between the waterfalls, lakes and mountains.

Within the grounds of the hotel, in fact its whole design, provides many shaded terraces which compete with each other by their beauty and their views to offer our guests varied landscapes - for meditation, tranquility and serenity. Designed and built with respect for the environment, hanging gardens on eight floors delight lovers of nature. An abundant nature: palm trees, olive trees and several kinds of fruit trees adorn this green space, leaving the beauty of colour to thousands of rosebushes.

Menus reflect the cuisine of the families of the region with local products and traditional know-how, such as Moroccan pancakes, tasty salads, briouates, tajines, couscous and regional specialties.

Dining here is a moving experience while the musical rhythms of the region and the songs of the waterfalls mingle with the magic of the lights.

LE ZIRYAB & TIGUEMMI (Bars) In a setting that pays homage to the talent of Moroccan craftsmen, the Ziryab bar, opening into the Tiguémmi lounge, offers a unique intimate atmosphere: traditional doors, carved wood, dimmed lights and the essences of cedar wood burning in the fireplace.

LOCAL & TASTY CUISINE

The quality of the dishes begins with the freshness of the selected local products, the choice of spices and herbs to excite all your senses: smell, sight and taste. The participation of village women in the kitchen is a guarantee of authenticity and originality and this paid participation makes it possible to empower rural women and give them the means to promote their know-how. When you visit the organic restaurant you will directly contribute to supporting small farmers, organic crops, which are more adapted to local conditions, and helping to preserve a healthy environment, free from pollution.
